1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.rewardgo.com and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Revolution-Ads Limited ("RewardPouch", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.
• You may maintain one account only. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts and accounts created with automated means are prohibited.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information (including your payout email) and for keeping your credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or remain inactive for 12 months.

3. Earning Cash Back

• Cash back is earned when you click an eligible link on RewardPouch and complete a qualifying purchase with the merchant in the same session.
• Rates displayed on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. The rate credited is the rate in effect at the time your transaction is reported by the affiliate network.
• Cash back is calculated on the net purchase value — excluding taxes, shipping, fees, returned or cancelled items, and amounts paid with gift cards or store credit where the merchant so reports.
• Transactions are tracked via cookies and affiliate identifiers. Blocking cookies, using ad-blockers, or visiting other cashback/coupon sites during the session may break tracking, in which case cash back cannot be credited.
• Purchases are typically reported within 1–3 days and become confirmed after the merchant's return window (typically 30–90 days).

4. Cash Back Balances & Payments

• Confirmed cash back of at least $10.00 may be withdrawn via PayPal or USDT (cryptocurrency).
• Cash back has no cash value until confirmed and paid; it cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• We reserve the right to reverse cash back credited in error, or related to orders that are refunded, cancelled, deemed fraudulent by the merchant or affiliate network, or obtained through abuse of the Service.
• Payment processing times vary by provider; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• USDT (cryptocurrency) payments: paid to the wallet address you designate. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your wallet address and network selection. Network fees are borne by the recipient. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect wallet details provided by you.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving cash back in the chosen payment method complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Site or merchants;
• Self-referrals, incentivised traffic, or purchasing through your own referral links in violation of merchant policies;
• Submitting false missing-cash back claims or manipulating tracking;
• Interfering with the Service, scraping content, or infringing our or third parties' intellectual property;
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or merchant terms.

We may withhold or forfeit all pending balances and close accounts engaged in the above conduct.

6. Third-Party Merchants & Links

The Service links to third-party merchant websites. We do not control and are not responsible for merchants' products, pricing, availability, fulfillment, privacy practices or content. Any transaction is solely between you and the merchant. We act as an affiliate marketing intermediary and make no warranty regarding cash back outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design and software of the Service are owned by RewardPouch or its licensors. Merchant names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR ACCURACY OF RATES AND PROMOTIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REWARDGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED the total cash back credited to your account in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RewardPouch, its affiliates and personnel from any claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@rewardpouch.com. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination for your breach, unconfirmed or pending cash back may be forfeited.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Site at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
